Policies

• We do not carry ANY textbooks in the shop. We will only receive books that have been ordered through eCampus
• All Credit Card transactions will require a state or federal ID. This may be a Driver's License, Military ID, State Issued ID, or Passport.
• The Card Holder MUST be in store during the transaction.
• The Viking Shop accepts the following forms of payment
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• AMEX
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Samsung Pay
• We will be doing Textbook Buy Backs at the end of the semester on set days.

Returns

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT

• Clothing
  Must be new and unused with tags still attached, within 48 hours of purchase date, with original receipt. If there is any damage or blemishes (including odor and pet hair), the product cannot be returned.
• Cups & Bottles
  Must be new and unused tags still attached, within 48 hours of purchase date, with original receipt. Any product with signs of liquid or physical damage cannot be returned.
• School Supplies
  Must be new and unused tags still attached, within 48 hours of purchase date, with original receipt. The packaging cannot be opened, or it cannot be returned.
• Food and Drink
  All sales are final and cannot be returned once purchased.
